Small Lot Cleaners

Small lots of seed or grain can be cleaned on this precision air-screen cleaner to a high degree of accuracy. This model is designed for effective separation of light, large, and small waste. A standard unit consists of three screens that allow the top screen always serves as a scalper (large waste), the bottom screen always serves as a sifter (small waste), and the middle screen can serve as a scalp or sift layer based on the separation required. Each screen is interchangeable at 610 x 915 mm (24” x 36”). A final aspiration column is standard and a pre-aspiration column can be added for applications that call for a high volume and diverse collection of light waste in the incoming material. Standard equipment includes electronically variable speed feed and eccentric drives. All outlets are self-cleaning. This unit can be operated on a continuous basis or used for small batches of crops. It is an excellent separator for small quantities of high value vegetable seeds and can be quickly, easily, and completely cleaned out between lots. This unit is also available in simplified versions with 2 or 3 parallel screens.
